Cochin

OBJECTIVE To create a marketing campaign and exhibit featuring the Cochin typeface. The collateral should peak curiosity and encourage viewers to visit the Crocker Art Museum.

STRATEGY What better way to showcase a typeface in an exhibit than to use the letters themselves for a purpose? Here I chose to create tattoos based on single letters. The main logo is composed of the italic "d," and draws attention and curiosity. The strong black and white contrast attracts attention as well as signifies the elegance of the Cochin typeface. This project won an award in a Graphic Communications Show.
